What a beautiful place that we highly recommend visiting! Our server was Savannah and she was so lovely from the moment we walked in. She asked for our preference of table and asked if we wanted to be in the sun/shade. She was really friendly and gave us excellent service. Thank you, Savannah! The food was fantastic. We had the quesadillas which were delicious and the blackened mahi sandwich which my husband was delighted with. The views were great from our table outside and the music was relaxing, including the live singer, Dale. All in all, Beachcomber is definitely worth visiting - moreso than the Sandbar next door (in our opinion).

We’ve been coming to this area for years now and this was our first time stopping in. It is by far the cutest restaurant by the Englewood beach. We went there for lunch and got the turkey club wrap and their Bloody Mary, everything was delicious!!! Atmosphere is 100/10 as soon as we were seated outside we saw a dolphin a few feet from us. They have the cutest surfboard tables, we will 100% be back. Next, we want to try their breakfast and morning cocktails. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a beachy brunch/ lunch restaurant on the water!

Really can’t say enough great things about this place. Family owned, beautiful setting, great management. You instantly feel like you’re on vacation in the tropics. We ate lunch, went for a bike ride, and came back for dessert - worth a trip here just for the soft-serve pineapple / vanilla ice cream on a sunny Florida day!

We absolutely LOVE this place!!! We drove by this restaurant so many times and never stopped... Don't make the same mistake, STOP what an adorable quaint restaurant. The customer service is AMAZING. The food is tasty, ice cream is refreshing and full of flavor, and the view is beautiful. There's indoor and outdoor seating if you have someone that's handicapped and you want to eat outside you can park within feet of the outdoor seating. The couple times we've eaten here, they've had live music, but it wasn't so loud that you couldn't enjoy a conversation. The Hamburger and Fries were good and the Philly Cheesesteak was delicious. My husband had the Turkey Club and the Shrimp and Fries and liked them both. The bathrooms are inside and very clean. Love Love this place. I definitely recommend stopping for a bite to eat and / or ice cream!!!

We were in Manasota Key celebrating our wedding anniversary and we were looking for a fun place to eat. We had driven by the Beachcomber Trading Post Restaurant many times and finally decided to stop in. We were very glad that we did and very sorry that we had not stopped before. What a terrific place. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We felt very welcomed when we were greeted with a smile and asked our seating preference. We selected a very nice table out by the water. The service was excellent as was the food. The menu was well appointed and offered many great selections. We were brought an amazing brownie with ice cream and whipped cream for our anniversary dessert. We were so impressed and pleased with everything that were returned the next night for dinner and the following morning for breakfast. We will be returning to Manasota Key again and you can be quite assured that we again will visit The Beachcomber Trading Post Restaurant. Several times.

Best breakfast burrito in town, the owner sits outside and greets people going the extra mile for her business . This is the definition of a local gem. Will be a repeat customer. I absolutely loved it.
